The design brief was to create a booking process that would be easier for clients to book flights on.
User Experience research, User Interface redesign, conducted user testing. created prototypes, wireframes, journey maps, empathy maps and test flows.

First I started by analysing the current pain points and cognitive overload of the current web site. Then, to create a user friendly, human design flight booking home page with better usability, I began with a User Persona, followed by an Empathy Map, User Flow Diagram, Journey Map and Style Tile. Next I started iterations of Wireframes followed by Usability Testing and finally a clickable Prototype responsive in all screen sizes.
